This is end of this painting project, which I honestly thought I'd have knocked over a few years ago (but then again, all painting projects are probably like that. This one started (as a guess) over 10 years ago; before university, which put a massive break in my hobbying.
Whilst I've enjoyed painting Talabecland colours yellow is one of the most frustrating to paint, and will probably not be as prominent in future painting projects.
All up the army includes:
- 12 Characters on foot
- Five mounted characters
- 30 Greatswords
- 130 State troops with hand weapons (halberdiers, swordsmen, spearmen, full commands)
- 40 State troops with ranged weapons (crossbows, handguns, full command)
- 20 Archers
- 20 Flagellants
- 30 Knights
- 12 Pistoliers
- Six Demigryphs
- One Steam Tank
- Five war machines: two Cannons, two Hellblasters and one Mortar (and 15 crew)
- Three buff wagons: Hurricanum, Lumiark, War Alter
All for a grand total of 329 minis of varying sizes.
